The 18-year-old from Holmes Chapel has agreed a one-year-deal, with the Club's option to extend that by a further year until summer 2018.

Lowery was offered the deal on the back of a fine two-year-scholarship where the composed midfielder excelled in the U18 and U21 setup, netting goals for both age group during his final year.

Tom will link up with the first team squad at the end of June for the pre-season programme.
