Centre-half joins until January 5th from Wycombe

Crewe Alexandra have signed defender Anthony Stewart on loan from Wycombe Wanderers until January 5th 2015.

The 22-year-old has been on trial with the Club for the last two weeks and the management team saw enough of him to warrant bringing the centre-back into the squad.

Stewart rose up through the Chairboys' academy and featured on 39 occasions last season, scoring four goals, as the Club avoided the drop out of the Football League on the final day of the campaign.

Anthony will wear the number 33 shirt at Crewe Alexandra.
