Crewe Alexandra have completed the loan signing of Newcastle United midfielder Bradden Inman. The 20-year-old has agreed a one-month loan deal with the Alex and will link up with the squad ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Crawley Town.
Bradden is originally of Australian decent, and has been on the bench - against Manchester City in the top flight in January 2009 and in the Carling Cup at Peterborough in September 2009 - but has yet to make his competitive debut for the Magpies.
The attacking midfielder has scored seven times in eight starts for Newcastle’s U21 side this season, and although born down under, Inman has represented Scotland at youth level. He will wear the number 31 shirt during his time in South Cheshire, which is initially until January 2nd. The deal is subject to final clearance.
Subscribers to Crewe Alex Player will be able to see an interview with Bradden on Player tomorrow.
