Crewe Alexandra have completed the loan signing of Finnish forward Lauri Dalla Valle. The 21-year-old Fulham man has agreed a one-month deal with the Alex and will go straight in to the Crewe squad for tomorrow’s game at Doncaster Rovers.
Dalla Valle is a 21-year-old Finnish forward and had a spell at Internazionale as a youngster before a move to Liverpool. He then moved to Fulham in 2010 and has been a regular at reserve and U21 level since.
He had loan spells with the likes of Bournemouth and Exeter City last season, and after he was watched by Alex assistant manager Neil Baker for Fulham U21’s last week, Dalla Valle arrived in South Cheshire to train with the Railwaymen with a view to a loan spell at Gresty Road.
The pacey forward certainly caught the eye of boss Steve Davis, who has this afternoon swooped to add to his squad of the trip to Keepmoat Stadium. Dalla Valle will wear the number 30 shirt for the Railwaymen and the loan deal is initially until December 8th.
