Leeds United striker signs on deal until January 5th

Crewe Alexandra have completed a deal to bring in Leeds United forward Nicky Ajose on loan until January 5th 2015.

 

The former Bury man will wear the number 35 shirt during his stay at the Alex.

Ajose arrives at Gresty Road with real goal scoring pedigree, with 13 of those goals last season coming in Sky Bet League One matches.

Since the departure of Dave Hockaday from Leeds, the 23-year-old has failed to feature and has been allowed to leave the Club to play regular first team football.

The striker moved to Elland Road in the summer for a reported £150,000 fee after scoring 17 goals last season for Swindon and Peterborough combined.
