"We know a little bit more now about Alex. He's back with us and he's going to step up his running over the next week and the week after he'll do a little bit of non-contact training then the week after that he'll join in.

"We're looking at three weeks now all being well with the strength work included to see how it settles down. That's good news, i thought it was going to be a lot longer than that. 

"We're pleased with that sort of time scale because i thought we missed him at the weekend, so we'll gladly have him back."
