Crewe still awaiting results on Kiwomya's shoulder injury.

There has been a slight delay in the club's leading scorer Alex Kiwomya undergoing a scan after the on-loan Chelsea winger dislocated his shoulder in last weekend’s 2-0 win at Grimsby. Kiwomya has returned to London for further assessment but his proposed scan this week was postponed.

Steve told crewealex.net: “Alex is down in London with Chelsea and he is being further assessed there. He is going to be a bit sore and we are still waiting for him to be scanned.

“There has been a slight delay in that happening. It will happen soon and then we have more of an idea of the extent of the damage.”
