Steve hoping home form will get us back to winning ways.

Steve Davis has told the club’s official web-site that it is important Crewe Alexandra get back to winning home games after going seven without one in all competitions.

Crewe host Morecambe at Gresty Road this evening hoping to get back to winning ways.

Steve told crewealex.net: “It will be nice to be at home again and we will try and win the game. We try and win every game we can. That isn’t possible but we always approach every game in that way.

“We will have a game plan and the players believe in what we are doing. If we stick to what we are good at and stick to the plan then you always have a better chance of winning.

“Having the two forwards back will make a difference to us. It will make a difference to the players and how they feel because having them back will give them confidence because they know they can score goals.

“It doesn’t guarantee that you will necessary win you the game but it is always an advantage to have your better players available.”
